Stacy was house ex-hife.. He really loved her but she left him before the show started.. She entered to show in season 2 and had something but in the end house told her to continue with her life cause he would always be unhappy with him.. Basically was it! :)

It's odd for me to see House kissing Stacy..that shows he's alot sweeter than he makes himself appear to him. He's probably the most sensitive person at the hospital but since he was abused by his dad I'm not surprised.

the kiss wasn't actually as romantic as this video shows it to be... she only did it to steal his blood so they could test to see if he was a candidate for some kind of brain cancer that house made them believe he had... but what annoyed me is that there weren't any later statements or actions that confirmed whether or not the kiss was authentic (whether or not it meant anything to Cameron seeing as she compromised the kiss)
