Dateline: 2010. Millions of dogs complain about that dread annoyance, Humans.
BS 12: Tell me, Rover. You've filed dozens of complaints over the last few days concerning behavior of Humans. What is so annoying about them?
Rover: It's terrible. Terrible, I tell you! They just take over, cutting down trees, putting in roads, digging mines, polluting the air and water, completely destroying the environment.
They're noisy and smelly. But to top it off, they're cruel to all animals. Including dogs!
Thank Goodness for Debarking. This dog is obviously very happy to express herself, and dose not appear to suffer any ill effects from the debarking. If fact, I bet the owner allows Bridget to "be herself" now that the barking has been reduced in volume and sharpness.
Glad you didn't do it, and were nice enough to adopt.

That looks like a perfectly happy and healthy dog to me!
I've never debarked a dog, or declawed a cat, but I can understand circumstances in which on would.
