With all due respect bro...my vid of the BaseCamp Race is a little more hairball. 8 corners, 2 downhill sweepers, 2 tight lefts and more all in a 1.1 mile course. 35-40 mph. fast and dangerous. While this Fla race is good, I think the BC race is a bit more furious!

All the riders seem to love the event because the course is not a basic box, and the organizers (a bunch of philanthropist riders) do a great job with the event. Plus, all the proceeds go to the Humane Society.

When does this race take place each year and in what city? Also whats the entry fee or requirements? I'm from the Bahamas. Don't have a team so I would probably be travelling alone, but I want to cycle at a higher level and test myself. I'll be going to the Commonwealth Games this year and next year I hope to go even further and do more international racing.

@Draganus This race took place in Winter Haven, Florida in March. You need to have a racing license to participate. If you have a UCI license, you'll be ok. You would race in your category. Good luck with your racing!

@sbdstudent the problem with just keeping the sounds of the race is that all you hear is the wind noise from the camera. we notice from the comments that the rap music is not a favorite - let's see what other music we can find. Not allowed to use just any music due to copyright laws. Thanks for the feedback and we'll keep improving!
