Usually a ice queen and devil are depicted for the frozen hot chocolate. And the kid dressed as a devil was explained in the extras part of the dvd I think. He's supposed to be devilish and ruining Jon's moment to meet Kate in the elevator.

I'm this native born American whose greatgrandparents came from the West of Ireland back between 1885-1915 & settled all throughout the Irish ghettos in Boston (yet now I live in the Squantum section of Quincy, which is just immediately south of Boston, as Quincy is the most Irish city in the USA per capita!). I've also been to Ireland twice, & I loved it! Any ways, this movie is just awesome & very uplifting, as it's filled with this clever story that's funny, feel-good & euphoric-inducing!
