Is ? Mr. Dow the only union president that seems to remember that school district's and teacher's unions are not supposed to be best buddies, and that they never should be.

Mr. Dow's decision to stand up! For all of his members will hopefully inspire other union presidents to stand up for all of their members as well, And that just might be enough to affect some real change.
