Evocative, and sad. Can you do one that is evocative and with joy? I see joy in Cara and Kahlan. They don't repress themselves around one another except in emotion. You can see it burning between them. Richard isn't Kahlan's love - Cara is.

The sections where you cut back and forth between Cara as an adult and as a child were particularly poignant. Great job!
I'm not sure what to make of this... I'm not into a Cara/Kahlan hookup (romantically speaking), but I hope they become close, trusted friends. And this video is beautifully put together. Visually Legend of the Seeker is untouchable in that category. It is hands down the most gorgeous show on television right now.

Wow, I don't know why i didn't comment on this video before!!! I'm seriously in love with this song and this couple :) They are my guilty pleasure. I love how you used the internal movement of the clips to flow into the next one. Also how you used clips with similar things going on in them. It didn't need any special coloring or effect because everything was just perfect :)

@tigerlily536 Thank you so much, that is incredibly flattering. I'm in love with the song and with Cara and Cara/Kahlan too, so I wanted to share that. I've never really used many effects and have always tried to build my vids mainly using movement and clip connections, so it's really cool to hear you describe this one in that way. Seriously what you said here really meant a lot to me.

amazing!! You made my day!!! It really showes how Cara gets "human" through Kahlan. The Song fitts perfect.(even if I can't understand everythig( I'm German))

I *knew* stalking---er---following deej would pay off! THIS VIDEO IS AMAZING, and I've been a fanvid connoisseur since the Buffy days... this easily tops the 350+ videos I have on my Zune, technically and emotionally.
I literally cannot stop playing this video. You so easily convey what a deliciously deep and interesting relationship these two characters are building... which imo is the best part of the show. Again, amazing work. Thank you for being part of the community.

Wow, that was stunning! Definitely the best Cara video I've seen. I really love how you used the imagery of the show to your advantage...the roses, the backdrop, etc.
The sections where you cut back and forth between Cara as an adult and as a child were particularly poignant. Great job!

I'm not sure what to make of this... I'm not into a Cara/Kahlan hookup (romantically speaking), but I hope they become close, trusted friends. And this video is beautifully put together. Visually Legend of the Seeker is untouchable in that category. It is hands down the most gorgeous show on television right now.
