Had a washcloth shredded in mine. Grabbed the small remained jammed piece with needlenose pliers and then rotated motor with the allen wrench until the piece was freed. thanks

This worked like a charm for me! When I used the allen wrench, I had to wiggle back and forth repeatedly until the stuck piece finally wiggled free.
