  • @KingHarlaus1 yeap :')

  • this movie is powerful enough to make you cry. Every night a LOTR song will pop up in your head and kinda encourages you to move on and do your best in life

  • 100 Things you have to see before you die and the winner is...

1.- Lord Of The Rings Symphony

  • velmi velmi vynikajuca praca hudobnikov strasne sa mi pacia songy s takych filmov aky je napriklad Lord Of the Rings

  • I can't believe it's been 10 years ! !

  • I have seen the Triology 100 times and still I feel like i am partially done!!! The most epic story ever created!!!

  • @Flawlessguy007 I've read the trilogy more than 10 times... and I can say that read it is much better than watch it. While you're reading it I imagine many things.... it's fucking awesome!

  • I wish I could have been there!

  • 11 people took the ring for their own...

  • tempo is wayyyy too fast.

  • If the music to the Hobbit is even half as good as this, even if the movie itself isnt good, ill be happy

  • im more badass than dean winchester and chuck norris and i still cry to these movies. only movie ive ever cried to, true story.

  • This part ALWAYS gives me goosebumps!

  • At this part of movie always i cry because is sad to see that The Fellowship is breaking!

  • Fly you fools.

    GANDALF!!!!

    No!

    GANDALF!!!

Who's crying now, huh? *sniff* Not me...not *sobs* Anyone but Gandalf!

  • how could anybody dislike this. it's absolutely stunning!

  • Sounds like they're playing this in fast-forward in some parts.

  • It's sad...But beautiful! :)

  • Where and when was this at? Anyone know if they still do this?

  • now they are 11..the nine nazgul the wich king and sauron..

  • @luciannegoita the witch king of angmar was one of the 9 black riders..:P:P i think the elevnth is saruman...:D....i hope that the the hobbit movie be as perfect as this one..

  • best music ever made

  • this version is too fast

  • Great inspiration while writing my trilogy "The Chosen One of Allivar" book trailers can be seen at EWGreenlee channel. Saw the symphony in Dallas and went to Houston to see all the costumes, swords, etc.

  • @EWGreenlee SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stop pasting the same comment over and over every 2 days

  • @stijnspoiler Sorry to offend you. I posted the same comment only once on a few of the videos trying to bring attention to a trilogy I just released. You shouldn't be seeing them over and over again. Again my apologies.

  • @EWGreenlee oh yea its no problem you only did it 1ce or 2 times i just listen to it so many times i think you keep posting it sorry

  • I bet the musicians were crying when they played this song. :')

  • The beauty of the whole soundtrack and the beauty of such an amazing story can never be outshone <3

  • Gimli: We have fail..the fellowship is broken..

    Aragon:No Gimli..Lets hunt some orcs!

    :DD love this line

  • i never cry but this forced me to

  • Where's the vocals?

  • I am thoroughly confused as to how you can dislike this....? You don't come across this without looking it up... So how....? Riddle me this, please.

  • Is there somewhere to purchase this?

  • Peter Jackson, Howard Shore and indeed J.R.R.Tolkien are such wonderful geniuses in their ability to create personal ties with anyone who comes across such creations as such. When i think of Lord of the Rings all doubt escapes me, there is no such cure to anything other than the nourishment of the imagination through brilliant persons such as those mentioned above and the least that we can do is, like "SoundsoftheWave" to share it.

  • i could watch these movies over and over again a hundred times and still be rivetted

  • frodo sam gimli gandalf aragorn legolas boromir

  • @lennarddejong14 What abot Merry and Pippin? :(

Oh and....Lord of the Rings. My favourite film(s) and book(s). Period.

  • @BlastaExploder That part is the end of "The Bridge of Khazad-dum"

  • Makes me choke up every time. All I can think of is Sam "I'm coming with you Mr. Frodo" Sam is the perfect example of a perfect friend. Damnit im crying :/

  • My mom came in and told me to pause the movie at this point. I slapped a bitch.

  • This is stunning

  • Nazguls and Saruman disliked this video...Bitches

  • "Sam! I'm going alone!"

"Of course you are. And I'm coming with you!"

"I made Gandalf a promise, Mr. Frodo. A promise. Don't you lose him, Samwise Gamgee. And I don't mean to. I don't mean to."

  • I have never experienced real chills or goosebumps when listening to music before hearing Howard Shore's brilliant soundtrack of Lord of the Rings (aka the best movies in the world).

  • 1:29

we will not abandon Merry and Pippin to torment and death. Leave all that can be spared behind. We travel light. Let's hunt some Orc.

  • @GangstaBroker "YAAAAAAAAAA"!

  • @CommanderZerg Aw, hell no.

  • I'm a let you finish but Star Wars had the greatest music of all time.

  • @CommanderZerg Nothing can beat such inspirational, amazing and simply epic music. I value Howard Shore at one of the greatest composers of all time. This is just perfect, the harmony of all the different instruments and the power that is felt in these pieces of music inspire me. I think that hardly anything could top this music. Truly exceptional.

  • "There is some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for."

  • I just wanna cry of happiness by hearing this

  • I hope in the hobbit we will get some reoccuring themes!

  • all the people that hate u people are shit and gay for not liking Howard Shore And The Follow People

  • Most glorious score ever composed for film. EVER. 1:00 makes me cry every time I listen to it or watch the scene where Sam runs into the water. I cannot wait to see what Howard Shore comes up with for The Hobbit.

  • @leadingladybug I agree completely. 1:00 is just...there are on words for it.

  • 10 ppl tried to kill Frodo and take The Ring.

  • 9 people abandoned pippin and merry to torment and death..

  • Its faster then in the movie

  • i like this simphony so thaank's mr peter jzkson

  • I'm so thrilled that Peter Jackson is directing the Hobbit and that Howard Shore is doing the soundtrack. Who else believes they will make magic again? This soundtrack is so perfect that it seems divinely inspired.

  • Stuff Justin Bieber THIS is real music!!!! Who's with me!

  • @Puppetdragon44 I'm with you! but, try not too spoil any ink on that spoiled boys name. I would prefer if his name was never mentioned here! :) This is a masterpiece!

  • @MrElias090295 totally agree. sorry wont do it again. LOTR rocks!

  • @Puppetdragon44

    You got that right!

  • Lovely piece but I feel like its a little rushed compared to the original. Am i the only one who feels that way?

  • one of the greatest moments in the movie (:

  • The nine Nazgul disliked this

  • This ist not the world i belong to....

I know, there is an other world, only in my mind.

    Tolkien showed us this world!

    Thank you Tolkien!!! :(

  • *sees 9 dislikes,

    NAZGUL!!!!!!!

  • @elgostine I see a tenth disliker, it must be Sauruman

  • @elgostine 10 now, Sauron clicked it as well!

  • @elgostine and sauron!

  • @elgostine Sauron just helped the Nazgul get another dislike.

  • @elgostine and 1 sauron :(

  • Comment removed

  • @elgostine mouth of sauron joined them

  • @samuriasamc Saruman joined them

  • @elgostine lol

  • @elgostine Now this is probably the only good "dislike/like" comment that's ever been.

  • i cant say i dislike it, but, it seems to run ABIT too fast in the beginning the pace feels too quick, this song i rember in the movie is done slower.

  • Howard Shore is a genius!

  • *Sees nine dislikes*

    BLACK RIDERS!!

  • I have this sheet music and it's fun to play along with my violin. It's like I'm part of something amazing.

  • @hutchandjen LUCKY!!!!!!! i want to learn the violin so bad so i can play this music

  • Not only do we have Howard Shore to thank or even Tolkein- but the people who played the instruments in this awesome peice of art!

  • how long you needed for the music

  • Howard Shore is an absolute genius

  • to fast :'(

  • what other music can create shivers down the spine continuously? Howard Shore is a genius.

  • Is it me or is this slightly sped up?

  • @Lizzajr118 yeah it is

  • @Lizzajr118 yh it is :(

  • there's such a continuity to this piece that many, including myself, struggle to replicate in our works. it's truly incredible what this man has given us. a true genius. my hat is, and forever will be, off to howard shore

  • Those 9 viewers got their fellowships broken up.

  • AMAZING!! Normaly i dont like musiks with trumpets or other instruments but the Lotr musiks are so great i dont know how it gets so much emotions in this song SPEACHLESS!!!!!!!!!!

  • one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written

  • The 9 That dislike this are ring wraiths!

  • @truthfullcomentator I guess the 9 have left Mordor, hahah

  • There and back again

  • All you have to decide is what to with the time that is given to you..... * grasps the ring and gets on the boat *

  • I didn't know Orcs know how to use Youtube... They clicked the dislike button 8 times...

  • What can i say for this music???Speechless and withour voice i respect 2 men,Tolkien for his gr8 work tha helped me see the life from another view and Howard Shore that explained with his work to me what REAL music is!!!Thanks a lot!!!!

  • @Soele7 don't forget Peter Jackson for bringing these masterpieces to life!

  • @Soele7

and Peter Jackson who brought everything to LIFE :')

  • @Soele7 It's my bible too :))

  • @Soele7 We mustn't forget how well Peter Jackson was able to show us that Hollywood CAN do a very good job at depicting a wonderful world! All three men get standing ovations!

  • wow, i just can see myself, in the future tellin my grandkids about this movie/music. I

I'll be like, "When i was your age, i was in love with this movie. It was called The Lord of the Rings. And the soundtrack to it was written by this wonderful man named Howard Shore. The music was just wonderful. And so was the films"

  • This music brings me to tears everytime I listen to it. No because of the scene from the movie, just because the beauty of it. WE LOVE YOU HOWARD !!

  • best music that excist

  • i wish the directors who made LOTR would make other movies that were epic just like the Lord of The Rings. Because almost everytime they make a movie from a book they completly mess it up!!!If only the director would...

  • @lunamission

    peter jackson?

he is one of the few directors who did very well creating a film from a book.

he is also making ''the hobbit'' as we speak, so be prepared

  • @JoseRCol2 oh okay

  • @JoseRCol2 the hobbit is already a movie

  • @XhalofanaticX117 : Well, not yet. It's a soon-to-be movie. =)

  • @LiliScarlett8 technically it is a move... just a goofy animated one :) lol

  • @lunamission if you obsessively watch all the DVD extras like I did then you'll see how much tireless work they put into the films, all the people working on the films seemed to either have a pre-existing love for the works, or during the making of the film they fell in love with the books and wanted to do it justice. To do the artwork they got people who had been painting LOTR pictures for decades, and even Howard Shore read the books while composing the songs. It paid off tho :)

  • @xvixxenx i did see the extras, and i see that it DID take alot of effort and work to make the wonderful music, art, and movie.

  • wooooooooooooooow

  • 100,000 ppl dislike the 8 dislikers

  • Sauron,saruman and 6 orcs dislike this.

  • isn't this abit faster tempo than the version heard on the cd.

  • Howard Shore: reducing grown men to tears with music since 1946.

  • Pure perfection. Humanity at its best.

  • The dislikers are Sauron, Saruman, those 3 orcs, 1 goblin and 1 warg.

  • Thank you Mr. Shore.

  • The Breaking of the Fellow...hmm...I think they got the title wrong...

  • @AVCMH14 It's probably because of limited space/chracters allowed

  • @AVCMH14 There wasn't enough room

  • Everytime I hear this song I feel like I want to cry, the shear power and emotion put into this song is unbelievable! so powerful!<3

best movie music ever made !!

  • I wish I was there in person, better quality and ear blasting songs

  • chills. chills that have nothing to do with the temperature.

  • Another orc came here ....=)

  • Vive sda =D

  • the best music forever

  • i thought it was breaking of the fellowship not fellow*. still a great song and movie

  • 2:23 =)

  • this is my favorite piece it is just the entire movie for me it is everything i think about when i think about the lord of the rings trilogy and this whole scene with Frodo and Sam leaving together to destroy the ring and destroy evil forever!

  • wow I'am just overwhelmed.

so beautiful...and the movie was so sick...perter jackson is a genius, same is howard shore.

memories come back while hearing this.

  • man....brings back good memories...I feel like I am missing going on an adventure/journey...even though, I haven't done anything like that...weird...

  • epic!!!!

  • Each song captures the essence of the characters and scenes, makes them memorable. Aragorn owns this for me. What an honor it must be to be conducted by this brilliant composer..Howard Shore.

  • This is a perfect performance. In my opinion,The Lord of The Rings is one of the greatest cinemas with gorgeous symphonies.

  • It gives me chills.. :O :)))))))

  • what peter jackson did was amazing! i hope the hobbit will be just as good as the triologie was... i've read the book and i still think these movies are epic and beautiful! now for the vid: beautiful music:) makes one dream of hobbits, the shire and middle earth

  • this is the music that plays when Frodo remembers one of Gandalf's very wise and brutally honest comments ...and I cry when I see that scene ...I sometimes wish that I could live in MIDDLE-EARTH ...to the 3000 + people who worked on TLOTR tril...thank you .and I hope that THE HOBBIT will be just as fantastic...-D

  • Es horrible que se corte.... pasen todo el tema completo please!!!

  • u kno every1 says how the books are so good or better then the movies but personally the books were kinda boring they were good and all but they just weren't as fun and exciting as the movies

  • I like the fact that no one ever mentions Gollum after his death.. and think about it, no one speaks of him during the trilogy, except Gandalf in the beginning, and later on, of course Frodo and Sam, during their journey.. but it seems to me that he's a character that hovers above the trilogy, like a transparent paper, he doesn't really exist in the same universe, but at the same time, he does.. it's very strange

  • Screw the Movies, It was the books that rocked.

  • @skullcrush1111 fuck you, the movies did the books honor, and therefore they are awesome.

  • @skullcrush1111 If you're such a fucking big fan of the books (which are great as well), why are you looking at the soundtrack to the movies.
