To be honest I've never been a client of Basma maybe she is good I don't know. All I know that she is trained by Dorothy so you might want to rethink using her services.

Update on my horror story with Dorothy/George Kizoff. I posted 'BEWARE'. I filed a complaint with Better Business Buro and they contacted Dorothy and George Kizoff which they never responded. Therefore I visited their office on February 27 and I asked George for returning my $300 or to correct my awful grey/blue eyebrows. Can you beleive? He actually called the police on me. This customer service George-style. BAD JOB EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Did you guys even watch the video? Those aren't the finished eyebrows, that's just the guidelines for when she tattoos them afterward. She used a black pencil to create the shape, not black ink. Dumb asses.

BEWARE!! Dorothy did my eyebrows in December 2011. Promised I can return for correction, price included. My eyebrows are GRAY and the SHAPE has to be corrected as well. However; they cancelled my appointment because she retired. Her husband George sent me a very rude letter letting me know that if I ever contact him again he will not respond.  Very bad job and it is PERMANENT!!! Totally unprofessional job and totally unprofessional customer service!

uhhh. it needs to be a little longer from the starting points. your eyebrow should always start right above your tearduct. too short in my opinion .
