How convienent that the trial version had no problems until I subscribe for the $60 version when I get a host of problems with one care. Firewall, Antivirus protection is all turned off and I went through all the troubleshooting procedures and it still can't be turned on!!! I hate this fucking program!!! I'm going back to Norton Antivirus!!!

I posted this a while ago, and i had to put my laptop in the shop because i couldnt get this program off of it.

I eventually sued the company for the amount i was charged, and the very next day i received a letter in the mail saying that they understand my problem and they payed the charges.

So i wouldnt trust any computer "experts" if they recommend Windows Live OneCare.

I installed OneCare last week on my Dell Inspiron 530, and the next day I couldn't connect to the internet because something was blocking my wireless network adapter from getting into my network....

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

It's a registry error. It happens every now and then. Just get a registry cleaner and then reboot and you can install norton. It happened to me when I uninstalled AVG.
