  • hahahah that car turns heads!!

  • the are very low

  • how fast can something like that go ?

  • 3 X 10.8 m\s

  • depends on the motor and tranny you put in it

  • Where do you guys pick those things up from?

  • sick rat

  • I wish I was allowed to drive cars like that where I live!

  • You can't drive rat rods in the UK? Why not?

  • actually u probably could but u would need mud guards (this would spoil the look), u have to have silencers, and petrol costs equivilent to $10 a gallon!!!

I saw a diesel rat rod on here, with a cummins.

  • Don't forget displacement tax! (such a pain!)

I used to live in New Zealand!

By the way, do you guys still pay by the litre/liter?

    I remember the exhaust silencers!

People didn't take to kindly to me being loud and obnoxious!

  • Yes, by the litre, bit cheaper now at £0.86 a litre, it eached £1.30 a few months back.

( 4.5 litres in an english gallon.).

  • Good! Yeah it was quite high over here as well!

I remember the measurements....it was hard for me to adjust to using imperial again.

Wish the US would use the metric!

  • I know metric is easier but I like imperial, some of it!

Also europe keeps trying to force metric on us, with fines for shops using imperial measurements!

Thats just changed due to so called metric martyrs!

    Fucking EU.

We were promised referendum, but governemnt changed about one word on agreement with europe, so now we wont have one.

Ireland said NO, so they r gonna make em vote again!

  • Oh I know! It's SO much easier!

Same here! Example: Horsepower over kilowatts!

Kilowatts makes me feel like I'm playing with a kids R/C car!

DUDE...that's bullshit! If I were taxed & fined for ridiculous shit like that...I'd take the money and stuff it down their throats till they choked on it!

I'd say MOB THE GOVERNMENT! Riots and everything! BUT, I'm just that way! lol

AH...yes, takes me back to my first year of high school...GOOD TIMES! :)

  • Ha!

Funny, but I feel that I can percieve bhp!

Obviously thats just me being insane!

    KW, nope cant feel it!

Everyone is waiting for everybody else to say something!

Get called a terrorist if u criticise government!

Obviously thats why they invented the terror threat! one or 2 events in 2001 and they say were at risk?

They supported IRA when they were terrorising us in UK until 9-11 when they understood what it feels like to be attacked.

    Very insular government in USA!

  • I've always disliked using KW.

Shit, sounds like you need me or my brother over there! lol

I can agree to that one! The government here really does suck. But when does the govenment NOT suck! lol

  • There are plenty of rat rods in the UK. Some more legal than others!

  • I'm building one right now in the UK.

  • They just dont look right with mudguards as british MOT requires, and u have to have exhausts with silencers!

  • I've got weedburners on mine with individual baffles hidden inside to keep it legal. Also, mudguards are a grey area. They do not come into the MOT but are a "construction and use" requirement. I intend to run mine with removeable ones, so on nice days I can run without. Everything is open to interpretation...

  • In UK if ur wheels even stick out beyond wheelarches they r considered dangerous and a MOT failure.

  • this rides all over... good shyt

  • ya i think i saw it at the rod run in pegeon forge...

  • is this the skoty chops coupe?

  • Yes It is.

  • nice ride. I think I saw it at the rod run in pegeon forge tenn.
