You will find strength you didn't know you had, and it will get easier as time goes on. My best advice is to be as gentle with yourself as you can, don't blame yourself, don't beat yourself up, don't put yourself down, just treat YOU with love and tenderness, and try to do positive things, things that make you happy and feel good! You'll climb that mountain, and then YOU can fly back down!!!

This was our first trip on the motorcycle, you wouldn't believe how much stuff we had crammed in those little saddle bags!!! hahah! we'll be limited on how far we can go and for how many days, since space is an issue! well, I put the pics into a vid first, with no sound, just pics, then I made the song into a vid like normal, both using windows movie maker, then I used Vegas to combine them and just adjusted the opacity so that the music vid showed through the pics vid, it was really quite easy.
