Ok, so he reboots a webserver that is up, gets an exchange server restarted for no reason, deletes the users icons, closes his programs. To top it off, he ignores an e-mail saying not to restart the webserver. He even blames the user for 'making him take it down the wrong way' because the user has control over that.

Yes the user is stupid, but this admin is worse. If I did any of this crap, I'd be fired so fast my head would spin.
