for problems first remember this:

This is a real program/game retailed at over $100 US. Your web cam needs to be able to do a decent 30FPS record on moderate settings (I believe above 640x480)

It was never meant to be Free Use.

With enough work you could modify the dat files and make your own clothing, give her new skins (even nude for the pervs) or hair, etc.

However, since it wasn't released in US - I doubt any English speaking ones are around yet.
