i don't believe that syncopation has any negative effect on your body... if your energy level is high enough you don't have to worry about outside interference anyway...
syncopation can create patterns of light just like it can create patterns of darkness, it's about the vibration you bring to life, not about the vibration life brings to you.
This is nuts a few ago I went to a vid b4 this that had a violet flame mantra and I had to add a beat box over it to add some flavor to it because it was WACK in my opinion. I decided to click on this vid and I said "THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!!!!!!" ^_^

Im a healthy imotionaly and energeticly balanced 35 year old who practices ritual magic, yoga n meditation ,violet flame invocation,chackra activation .....you name it .I have been listening to up tempo beats since I was 9.I have never been overly depresed or suicidel (like you) and I have had many spiritualy uplifting moments wile listining to up tempo rithems .
If you have heard the teachings about the Violet Fire, have you not heard the teaching about what rock and rap music, and all syncopated music does to the light in your body?
