Basement converted into Master Bedroom & Luxory Bathroom

I love the tiles. I prefer either tiled floor or hardwoods but since I rent I am always stuck with carpet. If I had my own house I would convert my basement into an apartment to rent out. Too bad my credit isn't perfect. Oh well maybe in 5 or 10 years.

Extending into the basement is a great option because a basement can give you a lot of extra space. Its essentially adding a whole extra floor to the house and you can get even more space if you use a lighwell and go under the garden
