  • Hello Mike! I find your focus on hormone optimization and your ability to explain it, as well as advise in practical terms to be spot on. People need to take heed of what you say. I do.

    Best

    Mario

  • Bro, you explain this information very, very well....

    Seriously.

I am actually trained as a research scientist but even I didn't have the patience to go through all of the literature necessary to have a solid footing on what you covered here.

Thank you... Really helped me wrap my mind around things.

You give the best, pointed hormonal advice of anyone I've come across yet. Most people "teeter-totter" around, but you actually "land the plane."

  • @WilliamDealMaker Thanks a lot William I really appreciate your feedback

  • Great Video Mike, and your so right, its all about living a dogs life!

  • @olliestraining Thanks a lot

  • Yeah you're so right! took me like 3 yrs of research struggling with hypothyroid to find out about Leptin the mother of all hormones thanks to Eric Braverman's book thinner younger you is full of great info!

  • @GabzMonti25 Thanks and Dr Braverman is the man! He puts out great info

  • Mike, if you want to gain more muscle mass, would you recommend more frequent meals or more calories but still meals spread out?

  • @kshbld 3 bigger meals and a post workout shake.

  • Thanks for sharing Mike!

  • @miketastic82 You're welcome, thanks for watching

  • great video.

  • Nobody ever listens to me when I try explain why they shouldn't eat every 2-3hrs if they wanna lose fat more effectively :)

  • @craicconditioning thanks

  • Yes, just got it!!! :) What are your thoughts on running and kettlebells??? Do you or others mix it up or can it effect strength gains?? Cheers...enjoy your day over there...

  • @Ladyblobblob Many make it work. Do a google search online to do more research

  • Makes sense! Is it a myth Mike, that when I get hungry after 5 hrs without food, I'll start eating into muscle??? So much info on the web BUT I have to agree...after running many Ultra-marathons, I got fat because I was eating and eating and growing man tits...now I sprint run and lift/swing, eat 2 times a day when hungry - sunrise post workout and sunset post workout and work day....Thanks 4 explaining with enthusiasm...espicailly regarding fat loss. "Less meals, less often..." cheers. steve

  • @Ladyblobblob yes that is a myth. Studies show that even after 24 hours the body does not turn to muscle for fuel. One study showed that working out in a fasted state did not result in muscle breakdown. No muscle gain either but no loss. the human body is more efficient and resilient then we give it credit for. Slick marketers make everything complicated to separate you from your money. I am her to deliver the truth and I do it for free.

  • @mahler25 Thankyou!!! :) My aim would be strength gain and fat loss...isthis possible & is there a DVD/article of yours that would be helpful. The white dog is proper chillin...almost horizontal :)

  • @Ladyblobblob Yes get my Advanced KB training and hormone optimization DVD
