America's legislative body acts to slowly to keep up with the economy. COngressmen like Jeff Sessions will prevent any kind of legislaion to move forward, so the numbers of visas we today allow have not matched the real needs for years, he must be removed from Congress cause neither he "cuts the tree nor he lets someone else use the axe".

I agree and Romney has tipped his hand to admit that fact. The difference between Mitt and your regular politician, is that Mitt has the ability to streamline a funtional beaurocracy. He has done this all his life. He's not out for brownie points. He's out for results. Not everyone has a place in America. We routinely reject visa requests in many countries for many reasons. Our friends from across the border can't expect to bypass this scrutiny. We want immigrants from all over the world. We need a defined and managible number of latin immigrants. But AMERICA should define that number, not Mexico or coyotes.
