God, the dog is obviously extremely loved and well taken care of, people complaining about "cruelty" need to open their eyes to that fact thousands of animals are being abused and dumped in shelters everyday and do something about THAT. Awwww, poor baby. I have 5 of my own, and all I have to do is give the silent treatment and they think I'm p*ssed. They're very intelligent dogs and it's scary like they can almost read your mind. chill out, I owned a Boston Bull when I was 11, but he hated staying home alone when I was at school, and, mom was at work. So he took out his aggression on us by peeing on her bed when we came home and let him outta his cage. I miss him alot. He must be like...9 now. We gave him to a nice couple, where he and the dog could be together all the time. :-S
we have two rescued BT's and they do the same thing lol if one of them pees on the floor, they both act guilty, so we dont know who actually did it. that way, they get to spend time out together lol

My Boston is afraid of stairs too but she just looks at us like "No way" and sits down and wont budge. We have to pick her up. But then she used to be afraid of the tile in our kitchen until she discovered food in there.

chill out, I owned a Boston Bull when I was 11, but he hated staying home alone when I was at school, and, mom was at work. So he took out his aggression on us by peeing on her bed when we came home and let him outta his cage. I miss him alot. He must be like...9 now. We gave him to a nice couple, where he and the dog could be together all the time. :-S

we have two rescued BT's and they do the same thing lol if one of them pees on the floor, they both act guilty, so we dont know who actually did it. that way, they get to spend time out together lol

@shadam2005 That is so true. My BT just has this look on his face, ears pinned back, total submission, even when you haven't raised your voice yet. They know when they have been bad. Problem is, you just can't stay made at them!

@randygalati Yes, and it's even funnier so many assholes think they know everything; I never claimed to have a degree in "dog psychiatry" but I know dogs well, I have been a dog owner for over fifty years. Bostons do have a far more emotional reaction to a harsh tone than any other dog, and only a Boston owner would know that and understand it, a Boston owner with a heart and love for their dog, that is.

@skylur44 Just FYI, the guy is my ex, and he was an asshole to my dogs. I never appreciated the way he treated them when they were bad and did not approve of the way he disciplined. He is (was) pretty harsh with his voice in the video, so I get where you're coming from. Just believe that Bug is a very happy, healthy and lively dog. He just acts silly when he's done something bad and it's funny. I'm sure he got lots of love and a few treats for cooperating with the limp afterward.

@randygalati It's okay. Everyone has a right to an opinion, you just have to take it with a grain of salt. I had an amazing trainer that's been endorsed by Cesar Millan, the governor of Michigan and is on the news. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing and in no way, would I ever mistreat my dog. I love him as if he were my child. I can only imagine how crazy that person's dog is. I know many undisciplined Bostons, they're INSANE and they give the breed a bad reputation.
