In the islands and highlands, in Scotland, mostly only the older generation has the Gaelic. But nowadays, younger and younger people are learning the tongue.
This class will begin again in the fall of 2008 and it is for anyone who wishes to learn. You can just come to the class when they have it. The students taking the class can receive credit for it, but the rest of us can just be there to learn...
This is good, I wish our people would of taught us when we were younger. Thats how the Crow tribe does it.. much easier I hear. I remember I always wanted my mom to teach me. It was hard, I giggled at myself sometimes, my mom didn't like that. She didn't think I was serious enough to learn it. We are from Ponemah.
