The one thing I found rather grim about this mission - guys like Kamarov, and the other Loyalists who saved Soap's ass, are in that gulag. Those are the kind of people TF 141 / NATO would want out on their side, but instead they let the Navy obliterate the entire complex, killing hundreds if not thousands of sympathizers.
