Bungie made a vid telling why halo 2 was a mega cliffhanger. It was because they had to cut out the last few levels on halo 2 and put them as the first few levels on halo 3

i hated how the last level was an arbiter level but halo 1 2 3 or as i like to call it, halo trilogy. the halo trilogy is my favorite game of all time. also, i liked the ending.

i liked halo 2 graphics. something about it made me like it a lot. i think since it was shaded. also halo 2 was supposed to have 25-30 levels but microsoft was furious and wanted it out NOW!!! so bungie didnt want too many glitches so they cut 10-15 levels and transfered it to halo 3 which i see as a good thing since we got so many features and advancements and enchancements in halo 3 from halo 2.

like you said the brutes were not fun to fight

but I find the level design is very bad as well

the worst part where those elevators where you would have to wait on for 12 min and every 2 min 3 enemies would fall down

don't get me wrong the first 3 levels were great I liked the ones on delta halo as well but some of the others were just bad
