@hyperactivehero209 for the traditional part i mostly use pro markers, posca pens and acrylic paint. for the digital drawings it's ArtRage and Photoshop.
The sketchbook project is this world wide art thingie. You can get more info on it in the discription :) I got mine very late so I've only had a month to finish mine. And for the cutting I just used a scissor and a hobby knife, haven't had an exacto knife available in ages, worked out pretty well in the end though :D
