I agree about the decline of Birkenhead. Those new flats at St James Gardens are getting run down already. If you look round the back, the place is littered with lager cans and broken glass. The problem is, the council demolish houses in problem areas then just move the problem elsewhere.

What amazes me is, all these things still go on even with CCTV cameras around Laird Street. They are obviously not monitoring them.
