Dude, your instructor should have known to have your decon station outside with the garden hose with a splitter so several can decon at once. Decon for OC is messy and not to mention you all most likely contaminated your livingroom and kitchen with OC.

I've been OC sprayed, which is far worse, for training (USMC) and water doesn't help it just feels good. But milk helps, time is not on your side, and a cold breeze is Heaven. And later on I used Dawn to kinda pull it out of my skin (if you've been sprayed with an oil-based spray).

OK; PSA: If you exposed to OC spray, the best thing to decontaminate is Johnson's baby shampoo. it can be put directly in the eyes, and it will remove the spray. and if you haven't been sprayed, don't judge.
