I work as an rda volunteer in northumberland at the Pegasus Centre. It's amazing how much people benift from the RDA. It's certaintly changed my life a lot. I've learnt so much and I've only been there a year :) I love it :) xx
great video I really believe in the work that RDA do I have been a rider myself after a fall that left my with a spinal injury. I learnt how to ride with the changes to my body. I have seen first hand the changes in the kids that attend RDA the confidence it builds and the abilities they gain! great job!
i am a volunteer at the riding for the disabled at raymond terrace in nsw. i luv all the horses and all the kids. i luv seeing all the smiles on their faces when they are riding, its priceless. the horses are so good and understanding, it amazes me.
i work at an rda and i think its amazin wot the ppl r learnin, i also am disbled and used 2 ride there but they set me on to do my nvq level 1 and i would not change it 4 the world
i think that it is amazing what these people can do and they do deserve the same chances as everyone else! This just proves that horse riding is for everyone, they might not be able to canter and jump but they certainly had lots of fun!
loan a shetland to the Rda in Scropton, i used to teach a few lessons, it was the best time ever, i really enjoyed seeing the kids and adults having a great big smile on their faces. the horses seem to act better for them than they do for me ! they have a special connection i think
Thankyou! yeah, it's an amazing experience! McGinty (the piebald) is so calm with all the riders at RDA, but when we take him out jumping, he is crazy! They seem to know when to act calm!
That is so great that you volunteer there. Its great to see people helping out (especially with an amzing sport.) You can tell that all of the children are having SOOOOO much fun!

I volunteer at an RDA too, in New Zealand. It's so rewarding, watching the riders, and how the horses understand whats going on and are perfect.
