It's so funny. We make money on the drugs coming in (Courtesy of the CIA) and US Govt and then we spend MILLIONS and BILLIONS fighting it with guys like this. It's comical.
The solution is to put the ELITE behind bars. Put those in jail that are TRULY responsible for the drug problem. We also wouldn't have to put any of the lives of these officers at risk.
