doesn't the red usually begin from the right? I've heard a saying, "all white, you're high as a kite. All red, you're dead"

At 5:05 color of runway edge-lights prior to the line of "green" threshold-lights are "red". Runway edge-lights after the line of "green" threshold-lights are "white".

GI (Ground Instructor) knows this of course, a minor over-sight. Reply is for prospective students.

@jamaicaboy27 A couple men in suits and ties will come to your house to have a not so friendly conversation with you, and the FAA will fine you. The only time it's allowed to land on the displaced threshold is in an emergency landing situation
