  • The parents that Safira got are just like my PARENTS!! Yes. She's the reason why I'm watching this.

  • it looks like ghostwriter was the tutor with hector's paper!

  • They totally put their bags on the ground and left them there. Aren't they worried about those THABTO jerks stealing them?

  • The actress who played Safira is so pretty!

  • hector and tina have soemthing in common... they like hotdogs...

  • Twelve? I think it's 20, hahaha :)...

  • To be that young and that engrossed in imagination, so nice.

  • Alex knowz he wantz to laugh at that gayass story.

  • @Mackaeddie You are so ignorant! Please go educate yourself!

  • @Simpledreamer

Oh so I'm ignorant cuz I aint down wit faggotz like you are? FUCK YOU! SUCK MY BIG BLACK DICK YOU FUCKIN QUEER LOVER!!!!!

  • @Mackaeddie wow, ur so kewl n funny. can i be a part of ur h8krew?

  • @misanthrope013

    Sure. The more the merrier.

  • @Mackaeddie nah, i changed my mind. im sure your life is lacking any type of love. ur life sucks.

  • 7:52 Tina triez to kiss her but Safira backz off. Check it out...!!!

  • @Mackaeddie

    Correction 1:02

  • Look at all those dishes on Tina's mama's table. Damn. Is it Thanksgiving? lol

  • Does neone know everybody on this show write soooooooo slow i mean come we aint that dumb lol

  • @pinkgurl44 the show was designed to teach young kids how to read and write, so the slow and neat writting is meant to help them learn.

  • this is some serious peer pressure thing...tina is bod.

  • English IS one of the hardest languages: Irregular pronunciation and spelling, letter combinations for new sounds and several sounds for one letter or group of letters.

Personally I think French is the hardest for the same reasons, especially the irregular spelling and pronunciation. On top of that it has accent marks, masc and fem nouns and conjugating them with adjectives and verb conjugation. But it"s still my second language.

From what I know about it Swedish would be the easiest.

  • Safira is 'just a little girl' but in some parts in Africa, she's old enough to get married have 20 children, not go to school and be sold into sexual slavery. But she can't travel NYC by herself. seems fair *sigh*

  • @kanenite1985 From what I have heard, the murder rate in Mozambique is higher than in the USA, and most likely, higher than NYC's murder rate, so I would imagine NYC being safer.

  • OMG hector. This show really forshadowed his future. There are sooo many gay innuendo in his story. pants, falling down, falling on top of eachother, hector saying he hates girls....OMG

  • 1:15 ooh ill give her a hotdog all right wink wink jk

  • ...ya nasty

  • Oooh the Twin Towers!

  • "Thank you so much for helping me try to find my brother"

Despite the fact we worked about a third of the time we played.

  • mann wtf @ 2:13...thats the gayest thing i've ever heard..."What about the part when you and Willie fell on top of each other? I like that part"..damn alex...this episode had too many gay implications

  • This episode is absolutely RIDDLED with gay implications...

  • The actor who plays Héctor is gay.

    Maybe a connection?

  • Hectors story is so gay. Think about it. Like the part when there pants fell off from each other. And the part were Hector falls on top of his friend Willie. And the fact that they were playing handball with each other. It's so obvious what they were really doing!

  • lol, my parents are strict Africans too lol

Tina is what they would call a bad influence- "I'll race you" lol

and what's up with them hoppin around like some squirrels? lol

    this show is humorous

  • There does seem to be a lot of homosocial bonding in this episode. I think if Gaby had a good look at how Tina had been spending her day she would have felt a tab jealous. LOL

  • This episode really does make you want to live in NY.

  • although the father seems like the ass in this episode. its true throughout this show the ages are from like 9-14 and they all go through the city alone all the time throughout the years. I dont think id want my 12 year old running around the city, in parks alone and stuff with a friend the same age

  • Hector was on the real world philadelphia

  • Comment removed

  • linda is so cute

  • i don't blame Safiri's parents... but then again, this is back in 93, haha

  • 0:48 i love that part lol

  • Sarira doesn't look like she's 12 years old. Neither does Tina.

  • that's because tina was 14 in '93.

  • I wish I had a best friend in London.

  • LOL @ Alex: "What about the part when you and Willie fell on top of each other? I like that part"

Wow, when I was watching this when I was younger I didn't even realize all of jokes in here

  • i love it , so funny...i still cant believe hector was on Ghostwriter.

  • OMG!!! I was thinking the same thing... then I scrolled down and seen your message! ( but there are alot of tounge' n cheek things in alot of the things they say) I just catch them all now b/c I'm older. LMAO

  • She carries around a priceless heirloom in her bag?

  • yeah in brooklyn, haha

  • wow...a musical about lesbians with occasional breaks to talk about hector's first gay experience lol

  • haha..this episode just cracks me up.

  • @xNintendoGirlx LMAO!!!!!

  • Is it just me or does it seem like Tina is slowly trying to get Safira to fall in love with her haha!!! Tina is just a lil bit to attached to Safira. She even brought up the idea about them getting a place alone together!! haha funny but wierd

  • Back then, it didn't sound like a lesbian thing it sounded like being close best friends.

  • no no I got it to. Esp. in the first part of the episode when Tina was really depressed about being rejected by Safira. And the way Tina said "who is that"?.

  • Wow I certainly didn't look that Safira when I was 12!!

  • Hehe, so Hector turned out to be gay.

    Cool :D

  • That's awfully racist there. DOn't you thick??

  • Or he may have gotten an eye transplant or it was just for halloween ?

  • whoa, it almost became a musical...

  • I was thinking the same thing at 4:00!

  • a hotdog? hahaha*

  • Damn...what's up with that lady stopping in her tracks to give the girls a really long, dirty look? They're kids having fun outside on a playground making noise and screaming for fun.

  • thanks
