English IS one of the hardest languages: Irregular pronunciation and spelling, letter combinations for new sounds and several sounds for one letter or group of letters.

Personally I think French is the hardest for the same reasons, especially the irregular spelling and pronunciation. On top of that it has accent marks, masc and fem nouns and conjugating them with adjectives and verb conjugation. But it"s still my second language.

From what I know about it Swedish would be the easiest.
