I got an Error message that said "System Files are corrupted" (I really don't know what it's from, I think from Homebrew Browser) Now when I try to load AnotherSMBW it goes to a black screen after the health and saftey and says, "FATAL ERROR: System File not found on the disk Something's gone wrong. Missing: /AnotherRe/SystemUS_1.bin Disc version: 1 Region: E"

Oh, that's not a banner brick. If it said System Files are corrupted just once, it's a normal Wii error that happens for no reason from time to time.

The fatal error thing: "Another" folder is supposed to be on root of the SD card, not in "apps".

Yes, you can play on the wii. There's a file in the package that says how.

Well, fatal error means that you don't have one of the files in right place, which means you probably made a mistake placing files on the SD.

I am so sorry to ask this, but I am new to this. I read your pack info, but my question is not answered: do I download everything on to a USB hard drive from my desktop computer, and THEN attach the USB hard drive to the Wii? Or should I be able to do everything through the Wii without having to use my computer? I try to follow the instructions from the pack using my Wii (using the Internet Channel), but it keeps saying "240020: File format app/zip not supported." :-(

I extracted the boot.dol from the Rev folder but HOW do you physically put it on the SD card that's in the Wii? I can't plug my SD card into anything else. *bangs head*

I downloaded it today and beat it with my friend. That was pretty good. I liked level with the Super Mario Land remix music and the Yoshi's Island's cave music. But it would be even more awsome if there were more new musics and more new textures.

See, I realised this myself not that long ago. The loader we used for ASM hacks "hooks" into the same place as Ocarina. And the ASM is required...so yeah.

So, I want to know, what makes this hack special? What makes it unique in a way that people will be looking forward to play? I see that Newer has a ton on unique and new features, truly creative level design and a lot of custom stuff, but for Another, judging from this trailer, I don't see anything special or exciting. It all looks like just more generic levels from the original NSMBW.

It's hard to answer this question, because the goal of this hack was to just make a second NSMBW, while the goal of Newer is to make a new game.
