I am also a professional wrestler, and the moves diminstrated in this video are not freestyle wrestling moves they are "Worked" Catch as Catch Can wrestling moves. Submissions are not allowed in High School Freestyle wrestling.

@Nightmare91o na you wing it - if youve done amateur wrestling or even jit-jitsu ahead of pro wrestling training it makes it even simpler. There guys are pretty lame - they work into each others moves, instead of having to work for a proper submission or grapple.
