@fishworldhacker your welcome. and so your not suprized if you run into the 9647 barfbonnet ,( most unique BNSF ever , love it. ) , its leslie has being replaced with a k3ha24 horn like all other SD70MACs were delivered with.

The leslie S3-k sound was made as a canadian tuned horn sometime in the 50's,but it wind up being used here on the Great Northern,and later BN made it its trademark,until they switch to the K3ha,which,was suppossed to sound like the leslie,not the other way around still nice catch man,wish BNSF will get them all back from storage,like they did the 60M's that have been showing up lately

@fnm9908 the sd70macs never really went into storage. they are just less common because of the gevo. this rsk3 horn is now replcaed on this unit with a k3la

we saw it sitting a Murray Yard in KC around 3:00 PM it ended up coming around 6PM! it was worth the wait!
