This is my old Alma-mater of Kung-fu ! I'm proud to say that I attended Hep-Sing first, then Green Dragon Studio, both under the direction of Si-Fu John R. Allen. They do the Power-training to make these classic kung-fu techniques Work! My first 400lb. dead-lift was at Green Dragon Studio in the 70s'. That looks like Danny Gressock fighting in there,....I trained with him back then as well. Jie ge gung fu pai si tai hao le'! Duo xie nin!

I saw these folks in person at Kent State. They put on an awesome demonstration! Tremendous variety, and they clearly know how to defend themselves. It's great that they teach that right on campus. I understand they start with the basics and continue right on from there to very advanced Kung-Fu material.
