i like the older ones myself. its just my opinion, but for me the last decent game was svr 2007. after that it just got really repetitive and boring.

You know what's really sad? Seeing the same animations from Smackdown 1 STILL being used in Smackdown 2009.

Plus they took out Legends in 09, that's a shameful act just to sell more copies of the new WM game.

Here'a an idea THQ/YUKES, try and put out ONE decent wrestling game a year before you try two.

The best for psx was sd 1; for ps2 svr06, not sd hctp because of the graphics, but it was slightly better than 06; for psp was 07 good controls, good movesets; 08 sucked mostley because of the career mode, 09 was better, but it was missing big things and had big problems; for ps3/xbox360 was infact 08; and for psp was 07, reply to my coment, but its how i consider it and mostley sure is correct by a true wrestling fan's opinion.

my fav is the original svr and here comes the pain on the ps2 but after that svr has been going downhill for me. i still by the svr series wenever a new one comes out but i get dissapointed after playing it. just not fun anymore.
