So my neighbor nbaus finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over 9 inches higher! Apparently he used the training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com and increased over 14 inches in his vertical jump!

Hell no the refs rarely call travels. He catches the ball runs and then dribbles, when has that ever been legal

@crtnyevans Its technically not illegal if he doesnt have full control of the ball. Its a tough call though, thats why they dont make it a lot.
