  • THis is a great video. I am thinking of geting fog lights on my 09 civic sedan alsoo. Would you happen to know of the price range this may cost me? (I'm from Canada)

    Thanks!

  • This video is fantastic. Im just wandering if you guys do any video on 06-08 Honda Civic Ex 2dr foglight installation?

  • @iTHL91 Unfortunately we did not do this for the coupe. The installation is very similar though.

  • @chhonda So, is the 2dr and 4dr foglight installation the same process?

  • @iTHL91 Many of the basic steps are the same but the fog light assembly steps will be different. Installation instructions are available for printout on our web site.

  • i know this question is a bit off topic, but my wife has a 2009 FIT SPORT that needs new fog lights(replacements) would the bumper need to come off like in this video in order to replace the bulbs?

  • @runlaalaa The fog light assembly for the Fit is removed from the front. The bumper does not need to be removed.

  • @chhonda thanks a lot i havent been able to find any info on that anywheres.

  • thanks for the tips

  • thanks a lot..

  • is this video can help me in my 09 civic dx vp?is this the same?

  • @eduardodeoliveirasou It would be the same for your DX.

  • Song please!

  • Thats exactly what I was looking for ! Thanks :)

  • can u please make a fog light installation video for 2003 honda civic

  • @SirMerkz If we ever get the opportunity we will. Problem is we don't get too many pre 2006 Civics in that need fog lights.

  • hey i need a vid for fog lights for my 2002 civic 4dr does anyone know any vid?????

  • heyy i have a honda civic 2009 LX and it doesnt has fog lights! its there some way i could install em

  • @hondu25 Of course. Just get a kit from our web site.

  • Did you need to adjust these at all? I know there is an adjustment screw as far as aim. In your experience do they come from the factory adjusted pretty well as far as height? Thanks

  • @h3is3m2n They seem to line up good out of the box but you still may want to check the alignment to make sure.

  • Did you need to adjust these at all? I know there is an adjustment screw as far as aim. In your experience do they come from the factory adjusted pretty well as far as height? Thanks,

  • How many hows does this install take in real time? My local dealer wants to bill 3 hours, and it seems like it would only take 1 to 1.5 hours. Any answers would be appreciated.

  • @rreinhart1 Real time from an experienced tech would be 1 hour. If you haven't done one before it will most likely take longer.

  • I got a kit or my civic that didn't come with instructions so I have no idea where the wires go and its totally different from this kit. FML!

  • Due this for me !!

  • do you need to take the whole bumper off if you just need to change a bulb?

  • @JDM12acer No you don't have to remove the bumper.

  • @chhonda that looks like an lx or ex. I have a DX-G so is it still possible to install proper fog lights without shaving holes in the bumper?

  • @utubeazn123 All models share the same bumper.

  • @chhonda mine is a 4dr

  • VERY skilled technician, right there!

    thanks College Hills [H]

  • Where can I get clip remover tool from????

  • @pntdblack i have the same issue, you got yours yet?

  • @Arai4lpinestars No I havnt. I'll try the dealer see if they might have them. How about you?

  • @pntdblack my only guess is SEARS, lower level department =)

  • is there any better way to secure the fogs? i mean, just 1 screw per fog?... i have those on my 2009... any help would be appreciated

  • @GregGjp You don't need more than that. The fog assemblies fit into tabs on the opposite side of the screw. They are not going to go anywhere.

  • @chhonda hey thanks for the quick answer!! i notice now that i didnt do the question how i wanted :p i was asking because of the thiefs!... its too easy for them i think... in the older bumper you would have to take the bumper out... thanks again and good work with the videos

  • @GregGjp I see what you are saying. I don't know if something could be installed behind to prevent that or not.

  • Those aren't the rims you get on a 09 ex, nor a 09 Lx. What gives? Jip somebody?

  • @Extofy LX-S. New trim level.

  • can you guys please make another video for 2009-2011 honda civic ex coupe?

  • normal

  • where can i go to install my fog lights proffesional for a 2002 honda civic ex?

  • Dang, so much easier than to install the '06-'08 sedan foglights. I wish I had an '09 front bumper, looks more aggressive. :D

  • Can anyone help me find the link as to where i can get the PDF file that it talks about on "7:42" please??

  • @weatherduder collegehillshonda

  • are you guys have with switch? the oem fog lights, because i want my fog light with switch not with the headlights.

  • It does have a switch to turn them on/off, notice how he replaces the Combination switch.

  • hi i have a 2dr 06 civic ex it was already installed on the car how do i make the fog light just run on the parking lights? i dont want them to run w/ the headlights.

  • I'm looking for the "How to Install Fogs for 2001 Honda Civic Coupe Si"

    Hopefully you guys have this...Thanks!

  • Will the front bumper of the 2006 honda civic coupe fit the 06 civic sedan?

  • @iiiFrederickiii ugh thats nasty why would you wana do that, i hate how the old coupes bumper looks, new 09-10 now coupes and sedans bumpers are dope

  • hi, can anyone tell me the average time it takes to install fog lights on a 2009 honda civic exl? and also what a good price for installation is? i was quoted $600

  • it's not bad if it's labour and the fog light complete kit. You make honda install them for you cause there's some few things you have to take off inside and replace one thing to control the fogs. I will say go for it if it's 600$ counting fog lights and installation.

  • 600 is a lil too much i would say..instead of fog lights..get HID's..they r a lil easier to see..and nice to see when its on the bumper..

and umm 600 is way off the list bro..ask some other mechanic..i got mine for 120$ plus HID kit = 240

  • @libinls lol fogs are only 200 oem at collegehills

  • @adidasDC i got the fogs with HID's and was only 240..ur OEM is 200 =/

  • @RMNA4 dude just do it yourself

  • do u have a vidio of a civic 04?

  • Question

The brown one pin connector that was taped on with blue tape before you installed the fogs.

Is the brown one pin connector the same as the 06-08 sedan models too? I totaled my 07 sedan and went with an 09 conversion and wanted to know if the brown one pin connectors for the 09 were the same with the 07s

  • i love it
