If the lawyers forums think on earning money by delayed tactics then Pakistan will remain destroyed in the worst condition in all departments of life and political filth will continue ruling Pakistan. Another Quaid E Azam can emerge from Lawyers forum preferably but sincerity is the requirement.

Since the day Pakistan came into being justice is just a dream for a common man. A judge is not allowed to officiate in any specific city court for more than a few months. Similarly a police officer officiating at district level like SSP is not allowed to work for a month or 2 at the seat and these actions encourage outlaws as well as violation of law here. The officiating govt is not interested in implementing the law. It's just desirous of its corruption to be unexposed in this way.

@basraali2 its quite funny because although there IS poverty in india it is JUST as prevalent in pakistan- maybe u should accept that rather than being blinded by your government. i think the smart thing is to move to a country where all religions are seen as equal which is a lot better than the treatment of hindus in pakistan after partition- such as the marking of the doors of hindu families with daughters so that they may be kidnapped and raped. you must be so proud of your great pakistan.

While it is refreshing to hear a Hindu name from Pakistan, it is actually sad that such news is actually newsworthy in Pakistan. It shows how the country treats its minorities as non entities. In India Muslim minorities get into government office so often, that mentioning their religion is not even newsworthy.
I have no problem with this Justice also if he is sincere, but He must give Justice Ifthikar Back his position if really this person is great. If he is greedy for becoming servant of Mushraff and traitor of Pakistan he will support Mushraff .

Since the day Pakistan came into being justice is just a dream for a common man. A judge is not allowed to officiate in any specific city court for more than a few months.
