can you recommend some sites for udk cinematics effects / etc? your wormhole looks awesome, as do the trails... im still struggling to get the models into udk via blender :o
I really love this , it just shows what can be done using Matinee and Kismet, just wondering how did you go about doing the trail effects? as I need some myself for my own UDK matinee project and cant figure out either where they are in the content package , or weather its a completely unique effect thats been done from scratch.
Hey I have a question are you able to turn those Eve ships into a drivable vehicle? also are you able to create interiors for those ships that a player could explore if so I like to know where I could learn this or I was hoping to assemble a team to make a online game.. I will make a GDD soon enough just need to learn a few tricks before I even think of attempting to create a game.....
@Bocomarine Yes you could make them vehicles, however I wouldn't know how to go about it and have no clue if you could make them handle anything like spaceships. Unreal Engine is very flexible but it's still designed primarily for FPS games... I don't know whether what you want to do is possible or not but if it is, will definately need some improvising. I couldn't really help you there, since I only learnt UDK to do these cinematics :)
