in 1:22 the arm is not completely stratched and it's a BIG difference doing it like that! then from 1:54 to 2:45 that shit is too easy!! but then.. they come back at min4 with some crazy banana shit!! and the end is hilarious! keep up the good work!!! 5 stars vid

i could do almsot everything but the jump rope tricks and when u do push ups on the bars i do em on rock on seep hills with one hand (i think i'm showing off lol) 50 to the end u want to do the push ups ALL the way u down not just well it's not even 90 degees lol even when i was a child(13-15) i could do 80 push ups in a mins women diz dayz jk jk jk i respect you (some of you guys) not all tho they just can't do it right
Man I was playing baseball actually just throwing some crazy hard pitches and hurt my rotator cuff!!!! It happend almost 3 weeks ago but i think I'm about 85% back now. I couldn't even hold myself on the dips bar cause of the pain but I feel better now and im back on the pull up bar so im going in
Damn on 85% alrdy? i got an injury on my shoulder like a year ago, and everytime i get extreme shit in , it returns.. its my right shoulder on the side and the top of the shoulder..
wuz good man took me a min. to get back to you...getting it in but any way. As far as that shoulder rehab. Man Look up Pavel Super joint DVD and Steve Cotto. both of them should have clips on youtube but I do these movements before I workout and even on off days to improve range of motion and even correct some injuries. Oh also get up on your omega 3 fish oils and things of that nature for your joints and recovery abitilty. It's more then just the bar feel me
today was beautiful, i got to the Gate about 10:30, CRUZ, & CLAY were already there. then FLOW came thru, B-ROCK, "D", ...some young bloods... we got in some good sets. D300 was about to pass thru but cats started leaving. BTW ...CRUZ shut down the park for a min.

Good work, Gentlemen. As a fitness trainer, however, my only ping is this: The big fellow at the beginning isn't doing FROM (full range of motion) reps with his weights. This will make him stiff in the long run and not as strong, otherwise.
If anybody tells me that Calisthenics don't work Imma recommend them to watch your videos and if they still ain't convinced they must be retarded. Good video as always family.
