  • iam not a expert in this but a good core (abs) helps with balance once the hands are down they are down also to get use to it i use to spread my legs out once i got up to find my balance then straightin my legs slowly to keep it hope this helps but just so some sit ups planks and what you are doing now

  • make sure your neck is straight when doing headstand - you're standing too far on the front of the head.

    Your forearms should be perpendicular to the ground for the maximum of stability.

    For your handstand, you bodyline could be more straight. Search Ido Portal's Viedo "Handstand Body Line Wall Drill".

  • I am trying to correct that as of now. I am focusing on opening my shoulders up more. For the bodyline drill I can get 1 inch away from the wall. My goal will to be to go for touching the wall with my wrist.
