I love my 325i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $150 and add around 9hp in the six-cylinder E30s and a bit less in the 318. That's the best value per HP gain... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

FWD vs. RWD? you can see that m3 is much more in front of R5 at high speed cause all weight goes on back of car and that's when RWD comes in handy!

Dude my SRT6 Crossfire would kick the crap out of this thing. However it is a really nice car for it's yr, but not the fastest for it's yr. Ford Cosworth Escorts and Sierra's from years ago not to mention the rs200, would most likely tear your shitbox a new ass. Not to mention we have xr6 turbo falcons in Australia that produce 310 kw stock, and Honda's NSX and S2000 are both awesome cars, with the NSX being one of the most powerful NA engines @ 176kw. No doubt the xr6 is weighty and would take tight corners like a boat compared to a small hatch, but the power it can produce is pretty awesome. The only M5 engine you can fit in to a E30 BMW is the E28 3.5 even that is too big as you have to make a custom bonnet thats raised in the middle. Tip, when you title a video make sure its right i.e. E30 with M5 engine vs. Renault 5 GT Turbo.

that not a M5. maybe it's got a M engine. The M5 was introduced a bit after 1991 i think, and was placed on the e34 and not on the e30.
