I can't imagine subsistence living was that hot to begin with. In cities people can make higher order capital goods which are more valuable. This has nearly always been the case. The major difference, now, seems to be mobility and opportunity.
Also, even in slums, life is easier and birth rates drop. There is less demand for cheap child labor for the family farm and a greater burden for every additional child. Some have calculated that this trend will stabilize the population
In Washington Go tour sa Capital " You can see a lot thousand of Beggar" they will tell you "BIG BOSS" leave there! How about New York under the Tunnel! If its cold you can see them thousand of beggar!! In many Big City in US Many Beggar and Pedlers!! Plss Don't tell we you didn't see it!! C'mon the host of this show, is Plastic! Show to me in Florida where beggar and no job!! C'mon show your poverty too!!
Very interesting; I found it encouraging how the lady in the grey top seemed so optimistic. Also the researcher in London made a good point. The Jakarta/Dhaka/Bangkok of now is like the London of 1880- overcrowded polluted and so on. And that was the heart of the British Empire. Now London is a prosperous, leading world city. So maybe the Jakarta of today will resemble a structure like the London of today in the coming future.
All cities combined share in global energy consumption and carbon footprint is 75%. More efficiency we handle these, more efficient we are in addressing energy and pollution issues.
how about asking the question why such migration to the city? what causes such empoverishment in rural areas?

ugh I live in a 'green acres' type setting now. i'd much rather live in a decent sized city with decent services and things to do.
i don't like living in the middle of nowhere.

I saw a lot of subliminal references to overpopulation which is the cabal's prime directive as far as I can see.
But what I also noticed was the people complaining of the infeasibility of a strong central government caring for everyone at once
