i flubbed a line once as the crazy sister living upstairs (famous play, now the name escapes me) and called the main character in the wheelchair by the name of my 'brother'. i played it off well tho by acting like i was just crazy & confused lol.... maybe the audience thinks "Well" we a good play off of the mistake? t/y for sharing. quite embarassing, i do agree though :)

That's the beauty of playing crazy...to improv your way out of a flub is pretty easy. LOL I love playing a character who's nuts!

Aww, to me it doesn't sound all that bad. ;) But I can see how you felt bad for the actors and actresses.

That was just it...I empathized with the actress who had the first line, worried about her (and all of them) being thrown by that.
