  • look its not rocket science,,cloughie is bottom of the league and he doesnt want to be bottom of the league...hes sick of being bottom and until he isnt bottom he will continue to be asked about it and he will continue to be sick of it RAYM,OND

  • @icecool1065

He actually ate my gerbil instead

  • is he mentally ill? brian clough,an asshole.

  • would love to see clough in todays premier league.know he never criticised refs but how would he cope with the 4th official and the constant media spotlight.would probably revel in it but surely find it hard not to criticise todays refs and other aspects of the game such as england and the spineless FA

  • @chrissy17169 With Forrest going down in his last year, the argument is he might not have been able to adapt and change his ways to the style of management needed with the egos and millonaire mercenaires we see nowadays.

I really wish he was still around i cannot get enough of him on youtube!

  • @carl478 me too though i didn't always agree with all that he said and did, but imagine him as a pundit giving his views on all those issues.had he been england boss ,he would certainly have ruffled some feathers at FA. thats why it never went past the interview stage.

  • @chrissy17169 The best manager england never had. but i think hes better off having not done it because it just leaves a blemish on your reputation. If harry takes it hes gonna be crucified when they make a balls of it again. Worst job in football by long shot.

  • @carl478 you have a point because he struggled to contain the egos of the big name players at leeds and could have faced the same at international level.others have tried and failed.the job is a poisoned chalice.could he have survived we will never know

  • What an idiotic question.

  • Brian Clough burned my mate's Auntie's house down

  • @FotoNathan1 I bet he ate your hamster as well.

  • Comment removed

  • it doesn't show him in a bad light.. apart from being bottom of the premier league. i'm not even a forest or derby fan. top bloke.

  • Cloughie was always honest and spoke his mind, and I for one (and a Leeds Fan for 40-odd years and remember those 44 days!!) will always think he was the best manager England never had. RIP ol' Big 'Ed!

  • that's what i like to see, an old pisshead

  • @in2u2b grow up u twat

  • @4KRoNiiKz Seconded. Everybody knows the reason why Brian turned to drink, and yes he did lose his way for a period, but what cannot be argued with was that he was quite simply one of the best managers ever. Even Fergie, Wenger and Mourinho have acknowledged that - and they know more about football management than most of us ever will. He should have managed England and then told Blatter to bleep off from FIFA. Legend in all ways.

  • The greatest ever.........

  • A sad picture of an extremely talented man in the terminal grip of alcoholism. :(

  • CLOUGHIE IS LEGEND

  • This is NOT Classis Brian Clough. This is footage of a man at the end of his career, his tether and unfortunately, his mental strength. He was a Genius in the 60s, 70s & 80s, but by 1993, it breaks my heart to say, he was a senile old man. He is not just the best English Manager that England never had... He was the best... PERIOD!

  • I thought he was going to break down. At least he showed his true feelings and expressed himself and how he felt. RIP Cloughie. The best manager England never had.

  • Even in cloughie's desperate moments he was entertaining and compelling. IMHO he never really got over peter taylor's death in 1990, it hit him hard after not making up with his best friend and he became an alcoholic, so sad, he was an absolute genius in his day. RIP Mr Clough

  • Could tell the mans passion about the game in all over his interviews, wish he was still around today

  • Gotta love Brian Clough PROPER LEGEND!

  • you should delete this video it shows clough in a terrible light.

  • @T4SelNiNO what a fascist thing to say,,,delete a video just cos it "shows clough in a terrible light"...so you'd delete everything you dont agree with? and by the way, i think it shows him in a good light...as a human with emotions and feelings...not perfect....just a man

  • @McGovP I think he was referring to the controversy that occurred around the release of 'The Damned United' from Clough's immediate family.

  • mans a legend, wish he was still with us rip brain.

  • Sad final season (1992-93 and the first season of the Premier League) of a great manager and football personality. RIP Brian Clough, from a Man City fan.

  • @andyhowpog Agree 100% - congratulation on City winning the Cup yesterday!

  • @converse91970 Cheers. And best of luck to Forest in the Play Off Second Leg tomorrow night.

  • I love the way he starts totally calm and suddenly gets angry out of nowhere. I could watch footage of this man for days and never get bored, his interviews are more entertaining than the actual matches

  • @Scott1433 class bloke,R.I.P cloughie.he had most blokes doing interviews with him in the palm of his hand in seconds!!!!

  • Too true - I come from Liverpool and I've got total stick for supporting Forest but I first fell in love with them during the late 1980s - they had a reputation for playing beautiful football - not overelaborate - just lightening fast counter attacking football.

Truth be told Forest hae never recovered from the loss of Brian Clough and may never will - if only Forest had won the FA Cup he would probably have retired there and then.

Forest fans rock by the way - keep the faith!

  • Sad end A ill Brian Clough wasa horrible scene in that last season.

  • @tnewton1988 Too true fella - Brian was ill and all some people could do was watch him and look at the football - they forgot about the man behind the jersey

  • @coveneyr Exactly if the East Midlands media were not too scared they could of got Cloughie Medical help to curb his drinking, but sadly the Forest board had to do it the dirty way with directorChris Wooton going public on his drinking and Cloughleft with a bitter taste in his mouth from May 1991 to May 1993 cloughie stayed two years too long and it was sad to see his health decline with the help he may be still hereto this day enjoying his retirement watching Nigel even though i'm a Forest Fan

  • @tnewton1988 Always felt he would have bowed out if Forest had won the FA Cup in 1991. Such a sad end for a truly glittering career.

  • Honesty - if he knew why Nottingham Forest were bottom of the league HE'D HAVE FIXED IT - my god he's putting up with enormous pressure and he's asked MORONIC questions - I'd have ducked if i was that reporter

  • legend problery the best manager ever

  • R.I.P <3
