    thats like a super killer workout it works the abs,quadriceps, lower back and it stretches the hamstrings also helps with balance but do 25 of each crunch a day and the results are AMAZING!!!!!!!!

  • @kingmoreno20 You have to engage the core to the fullest on each rep. In addition, you have to stick to a cardio program and solid diet.   • @BLAZExDEVIL40 Yeah doing cardio and then abdominals can help with fat reduction. If you want to take a substantial step towards developing those abdominals you might want to change your diet.   • Nice video, I seem to have been neglecting my abs. I have just been doing crunches and sit ups mostly, seems like they are pretty bad excercises and can damage your back in the long term. I will try these instead now!

  • keep in mind this is this guys job...he probably does like 3 a days. anyways, we follow a very similar excercise regimen for cage fighting. primarily the explosive/strength/endurance/c­ardio work outs. you got the build for mma man, you should try it

    Question though, see im a 5A texas middlelinebacker ok and im in pretty good shape i guess...i weigh 195ish run a 4.85 40yd dash bench 315 squat 500 and deadlift 545...the thing that worries me is my endurance...i seem to get tired pretty quickly i dont know why? With another yr. ahead of me i want to be in best shape...what are my options?

  • I just did a few of these ab exercises in my morning routine. These exercises seem to work the back just as much as the abs. Do you feel that working the back is one of the keys to getting a 6 pack? Im in Boca Raton and wondering if you do bootcamp classes on weekends or early in the morning during the week?

  • @ezubik Working the lower back will definitely help you develop a strong core. Superman hyperextension exercises can aid in developing a strong back.   • Sometimes when I am doing the exercise where I lift one leg up, and reach with my opposite arm, my lower back really arches when I come back down. I don't have an arch when I do most of the other exercises. How can a fix this, or should I try to?

  • @RosieItalia23 When one is having lower back pain during abdominal exercises. I recommend Stretching those hip flexors and hamstrings!! Strengthen lower abdominals and glutes. Do pelvic tilt exercises (flattening back against the floor) and progress those exercises. -Tony Thomas- Stay Motivated

  • @cg3fmlftw Try this one. Prop yourself up on the roman chair with your legs and feet together and your knees slightly bent. Slowly lift your knees up to one side as high as you can. This is done by curling your mid-section from the bottom up, not simply by lifting your knees. Squeeze your lower abs and obliques at the top of the movement for a one-count, then slowly lower and repeat on the opposite side. Tony Thomas -Stay Motivated-

And as far as the abs exercises, i have slacked off, but i plan on going hard on my next deployment to the Phillipines...   • HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD ONE DO ABS A WEEK

  • This workout should be done 2 times a week in the beginning and then increased to 3 to 4 times a week. The key is to switch the order of exercises and add a fresh exercises weekly to maintain muscle confusion. Have fun with it and pace yourself. If you need more exercises just send me a message.   • Hey Tony, I normally do abs on my cardio day (after cardio). How many variations of abs exercises should I do when working on that group of muscles? with so many different exercises, Im so unorganized and not sure what I should do more of.

  • Look at the video again and try to do each exercise for 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps . After your cardio this routine should be an added 30min to your workout.   • This is actually an example of one workout. I have a large list of abdominal exercises that I switch everyweek to keep my program fresh.

  • hey tony you are in great physical condition but to get such a cut six pack dont you have to go on a lowfat diet

  • A low fat diet and carb control . Physical activity will speed up the process of actually seeing the six pack. You must train your abs the same way you train your other muscles. When you begin to get more muscle mass in the abdominal region, you will also visualy be able to see your improvements. Thanks for the comment Nate. -Tony-

  • hey, Tony how many Sets and reps do you do each abs workout?

  • 3 sets of 20 is what I do. If that becomes to easy for you I recommend going up 5 more reps every time you improve. If 20 is to difficult drop down to 15 reps and work your way up.
