Alright here are the facts: If breaking 9 seconds in the 100 meters is possible(I think it is possible) then Usain will probably be the first to do so. If not then it will happen in the future. From when the Olympics were first held till now, almost all the times get faster. That doesn't mean the athletes now are better than they were back then. Because now we have a rubber not a dirt track. And we have lighter shoes and energy supplements. The Olympics will forever be the greatest competition
