It seems to me that maybe more of the other team besides gaga was foul. At 2:50, when the guy kills you, you can see the blood spray from where you were before. And you can clearly see him aim where you were before. But when he was getting shot, you can see that the blood was spraying from right where he was standing. I don't know if that's just lag, or if they are maybe freezing, or what.

I disagree. There will be some that will transfer to the Japanese server. Some players will quit the game due to the cheating. And the others will play till the close the NA server. So glitching/cheating will be on the NA server till the end.

If you buy a copy of MGS4 for the region you want to play in, yeah. There's a standalone version of MGO for Japan, otherwise I'm pretty sure you'd have to buy another copy MGS4 if you wanted to play on the other servers. You would also need a new Konami ID, so you'd have to repurchase the expansions, extra character slots, etc.
