Thank you kindly for your reference. I took a look at what they are "trying" to do but I think they don't get it. I am on a different path that give that human experience.
Let me put it to you this way:
Artificial mean "Not real".. "Imitation".. "Fake".. "Simulation"
put any one of these word in front of "Feelings" and you will get my point.
But that doesn't mean that it is not beneficial to the human.
I hope you achieve your dream, because it isn't only your dream. I dream with a future where humans will have the company of really intelligent robots who 'll be able to help us.
Help sick and eldrely people, be companion to children, be in dangerous places where people can be hurt ( eg.Jukushima nuclear plent ).
Friends to menkind.
I don't belive in Terminator machines.
I believe in a future where people and machines will live together and learn with eachother. So, I really understand you.
Yes. You read me correctly. Movies and SCi Fi books got it all wrong. The future for this area of technology IS going to be for helping the sick and elderly people, be companion to children, be in dangerous places where people can be hurt etc... for the good of mankind. But only if we use it that way. AI will be one of mans greatest tool. Like any tool it can be used to assist or destroy. I'd like to think the better angels in us use AI for good.
Hey man. Thanks for the reply. However, that's the way he replies. initially he doesn't know how to answer "Do you like dogs" because he doesn't have that knowledge. If he doesn't have knowledge to answer a direct question he will make a statement about the subject from its encyclopedic data base. But notice later in the conversation, I teach him...rather tell him that he "likes dogs". When I ask the question again it replies with the new knowledge that It "Likes Dogs"

It's pseudo-learning as it cannot be compared to the learning of living things. This is much simpler, the root code is not too complicated.

@warpgang Still quite impressive as a coding project and a base for further development.

At least that's my objective.

This is my dream also! =)
I'm glad to find someone else who is as committed to AI as I am. I'll enjoy following your progress! This video is excellent!

Fourth: This AI can be inserted in Androids?
Fifth: Have you thought about Artificial curiosity and artificial Emotions?
I am really interested about AI progress, AI learning, AI personalities and I think your work is very interesting.

Thank you for your comment.
I am quietly and privately exploring AI. Its my life long goal to create real AI.

Hi!
I took a look at your work and it is amazing. (I've already posted a comment in one of your videos.
I have some questions about Alfa:
First: I'd like to know if is it possible to test your progam.
Second: Does the computer record data from the user? I mean, if I talked to Alfa today, would it remember our conversations tomorrow?
Third: Alfa has voice recognition, and what about face and objects recognition? Is it possible? Do you intend to do it?

Very interesting chatbot you've created here. It seems to learn well and even tried to console you when you mentioned school.

@mark009vn ....
Hey man... one more thing I should mention.
Alpha is not a chatbot like a Alice chatbot or other "Eliza" type AI.
Alpha is a close as you can get to a real intuitive thinking conversational program.
creaturebotman 1 year ago
@creaturebotman Well, it certainly seems to learn much more smart and fluently than, for example, HAL. Nice work there
