@Ivanstriker2000 Hello! This is what I posted in my blog "For preparation:
Boil water, add salt and then put the Pelmeni. Reduce heat and periodically stir and wait for 7 minutes." Maybe if they are bigger, you have to wait longer. My mom knows how to make them, I just wanted to document that. And also I'm half russian (or ukrainian) :) Ya umeniu na russkom razgovarivat' ^^
@quince8800 yes sorry, when I showed my dad the video, he said that when you cook, you have to cut the nails. But I wasn't the one with the long nails. Pelmeni are so delicious, you should try one day (if people cook them without the long nails ^^)
