Actually it isnt a trinket it is an actual spell Hex Rank 01 80 Elemental Transforms the enemy into a random critter, reducing the target's movement speed by 75%. While moving, the hexed target cannot attack or cast spells. Only one target can be hexed at a time. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts.

Hell, this is a provate server. Blizzard might decide to make the time longer, then faster. Still awesome that this is a SPELL and not a talent since thunder, is elemental, and feral spirit is enhancemnt talents. Shaman cc. Awesome we'll be more then just a side healer or damage dealer.

It's changed, it now lasts 10 seconds, 45 second cooldown and it's a 1.5 seconds cast.

While in it you can not attack with melee or casting spells. It MAY break on chance, like fear.

There's no knockback because the damage killed it. If Thunderstorm deals damage but doesn't kill the target, it would be knocked back.
